Terri-Lynn is known as a national and international fitness and wellness presenter.
She has worked in over 25 countries as a workshop presenter, teacher and ambassador for NIKE and SCHWINN/ NAUTILUS FITNESS ACADEMY. She is currently a REEBOK ambassador with the french REEBOK team.
Filmed in more than 18 fitness & yoga dvds, Terri-Lynn has also co-authored the Manuel de Fitness and has taught at the University of Paris Sports and Science Diploma.
Her canadian, american, belgian and french diplomas make her an extremely well qualified personal trainer highly appreciated by her clients.
Terri-Lynn has followed 2 different Pilates educational programmes. She represented the Pilates Institute of London from 2002 to 2006.
She is entirely qualified in Matwork and Equipment in this amazing discipline. She created her own Education Programme in 2007 with Sophie SULTAN and Emma DELAHAYE www.setstudio.fr Pilates, fitness and wellness where she shares her knowledge with future teachers.
Terri-Lynn currently runs her own fitness business, gives Pilates classes in Nice and does PILATES Teacher Training in France and Switzerland.
